Greetings...
One of the most rewarding things in life is to pursue and achieve a challenging goal. Among other things, the process generally forges or strengthens:

• ambition and conviction
• courage and hope
• tenacity and endurance
• resilience and confidence
• knowledge and understanding
• mindfulness
• relationships, and
• thankfulness

In this regard, what is one recent personal accomplishment of which you are most proud?
Looking back at the experience, if you could change something, what might that be?
