Hello… Today, I invite you to please join me in this brief reflection on personal wellness. We are multidimensional beings with four basic dimensions to our nature: physical, social, mental, and spiritual. To support our physical health, we monitor our diet, exercise, sleep, work, practice hobbies, et cetera. To support our emotional or mental health, we rest well, engage with media, pursue leisure and new learning, hone our cognitive skills, self-awareness, agency, acuity, sense of autonomy, emotional capacity, and so on. To support our social health, we form caring relationships, operate in community, enact humanitarian and altruistic deeds, et cetera. To support our spiritual health, we connect and dialogue with the Divine, read holy texts, meditate, fellowship with like-minded folks, and so on. Some reflective questions:
