There is an alert 
For important personal matters to be addressed
With forthright honesty and total transparency
 
When calls the heart
There is desire expressed
For the gift of mutual care and affection
Envisaged as hope, redemption, affirmation 
Or some other manifestation of goodness
 
When calls the heart
There come revelations and understanding
Through powerful lessons and reminders
That there’s energy derived
From the heart’s inherent passion
And that the greatest fulfillment comes
Through claiming its sanctified essence 
And pursuing its unique, divine purpose
 
When calls the heart
Take delight in pending opportunities
To find promise in the knowledge of wisdom
And discover gladness in its instructions
 
When calls the heart
Embrace its summons to renewal and wholeness
Steal away to the place of contrition and rejuvenation  
And there exult with fortitude
For matters of the heart are invitations to abundant life
