New Season

Happy day...
Spring is here! With grateful hearts, we welcome this new season, and contemplate questions such as these:

• What does spring signify in my thinking? 
• What is one hope or wish that I have for this season? 
• What might it take for this hope or wish to come true?

Sunnier skies and warmer days 
Define the season we call spring
All around are fresh bursts of green
In this present awakening
 
There’s sharp vibrancy in the air 
As life becomes more rhythmical
With sounds of music everywhere
In charming songs, some whimsical 
 ..........
 The energy of potent spring
Bids welcome unto everyone  
To roads marked by healing and health  
Including times of outdoor fun
 
Yes, through my window, rays do peek
Saying, ‘rise and shine’ in brisk ways 
My heart with expectation fills 
As I embrace spring’s verdant days
