WHERE LOVE ABIDES (excerpt)

Where love abides pure hearts confess
The need for truth and thoughtfulness
Concern is shown for those around
Respect and restfulness abound 
With kindliness, it never fails
Where love abides good will prevails
 
Where love abides there’s music sweet
While gleefully, companions meet 
They offer strength, support and care 
And even go where eagles dare
Where love abides, all fears erase 
The two can’t live in the same space
 
Love ups the value of our deeds
And always to rightness concedes 
It’s prized above the finest gold
Or rich wealth that treasuries hold
In love we’re circled on all sides
Yes, all bodes well where love abides
