Greetings to you.
Sooner or later, we all wrestle with the reality of mortality, including our own. On the heels of Remembrance Day, I flash back to memories of personal friends and loved ones who passed away in the last few months. Thankful for their lives and legacy, I pay tribute to each one….I take joy in having known these individuals, quite aware that my life has been enriched by their influence. To you who are currently in the valley of mourning, I say: Blessed Shalom! I close with an excerpt from “Here and Gone” (in Let’s Do Lemonade)…. While I am here with you My fervent wish is for peace to prevail in our relations And for harmony to be the substance of our bond ………. Yes, take heart in the understanding That losing me is of no comparison To having never known me here at all #remembrance #memory #passage
