Flashback Friday: Heat and Flood

Happy day to you.... 
​All the best for the weekend. 

The week just past posed more weather-related challenges, with scorching heat and stifling humidity in the local area. This spell was topped by massive floodwaters, with reportedly one month's worth of rain having fallen in a single day - with crippling effects and significant symbolism. Once more, among other things, I am left to ponder:
-my preparedness for unusual, surprise events in life, and
-how I might best find safety and peace in such circumstances.
