FLASHBACK FRIDAY - Cheering on Children

Hi...
Looking back at my personal and professional journey, I'm very thankful to, and for, the people who saw and affirmed my potential abilities as a young child. They vocalized their belief in me and provided opportunities for my development. 

This experience of early identification and encouragement is common among successful adults, especially those in leadership.

So, who were among your models and cheerleaders? Who expressed faith in you in your formative years? Finally, how well might you and I be doing in cultivating potential in our youngsters? How diligently are we cheering on kids today?
